Placing an Order

When will my order ship?

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after they are placed. You may log into your account and click on 'Order History' at your Dashboard to track the status of your order or simply click here. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once the order has shipped. Tracking information may not be available for up to 24-48 hours of shipment depending on the carrier.

How do I order a product which is out of stock?

If a product you are interested in is out of stock, you may place a backorder for it. Backorders are shipped as soon as we receive more of the item. Please call us at 617-916-2792 for assistance with placing a backorder.

What are my payment choices?

We currently accept all major US credit cards as well as PayPal.

Order Status

My order shows delivered, but I have not received it. Now what?

If the tracking for your order shows delivered and you have not received it, please contact us at 617-916-2792 or tileinstylestore@gmail.com.

Has my order shipped?

To check your order status, click here or go to My account -> Dashboard and click 'Order History'.

Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please contact us as soon as you realize that changes are necessary in your order and we will try to accommodate. Please note once an order ships, we are not able to make any changes. You may call us at 617-916-2792, or email us at tileinstylestore@gmail.com.

Delivery & Returns

Fast and Low Cost Shipping On Regular Orders

For all regular orders, get fast, low-cost shipping, whether you're ordering one, one hundred, or one million square feet of tile. When you order from us, you're ordering from the source. Most products are in stock in our NJ or MA warehouse and ready to ship to your doorstep. Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days.

* Additional charges apply for shipping to AK, HI, PR and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas such as military bases and locations only accessible via ferry. These charges will be assessed after your order is processed, and you will be contacted to provide payment for said charges. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Larger orders and delicate material, including most orders of porcelain tiles, may need to be shipped via freight carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders will normally include curbside delivery only.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Did you order too many tiles, or were you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Tile in Style is happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order. Please read the following information carefully.

  1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing us to tileinstylestore@gmail.com. Returns will not be accepted without the form. In your email request, include:
    • A. Your order number.
    • B. The quantity of tile you are returning.
    • C. The reason for your return*
  2. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable shipping options, a 25% restocking fee is assessed on all returns.
  3. Tile in Style doesn't pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and arrangements - you can choose any carrier you'd like. Please note returns are not accepted at our showroom and must be returned to our warehouse.
  4. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: samples, clearance items, items marked as FINAL SALE, and custom orders (yeah, we do those). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Credit will not be issued for any items returned to us broken. It is imperative that the returned boxes are packaged well - our products are extremely fragile. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
  6. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  7. Please note: Samples and sale items are not returnable, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  8. If you've received damaged material please email us at tileinstylestore@gmail.com for more information. All photos of damaged product and shipping packaging is necessary, pick up of broken items would scheduled and new items arranged for new delivery.
